Casseroles
The casserole has become my ‘signature’ piece. They have been included in many shows and competitions. They are lovely for serving or display, and are available in all of my glazes and in a variety of sizes. Sometimes the larger ones have a small cutout in the lid for a ladle – turning them into a soup tureen.
